You’ll explore the Eisenhower Matrix, a powerful tool for prioritizing, delegating, or eliminating tasks, and learn how to apply it to both your own workload and your team’s daily operations. This session also introduces six essential rules for guiding your team to prioritize effectively, including setting clear expectations, encouraging ownership, and leveraging chronotypes to optimize performance.

VIRTUAL PLATFORM
Attendees must be able to access the Zoom virtual platform to attend the course. If you are using a work computer, you may also want to check with your IT department to ensure there are no firewalls for Zoom. Students are expected to login on a computer that has both a camera and microphone, and will be expected to be on screen during the class so that they can interact with both the instructors and complete group activities with other attendees.
Registered students will receive the access link and workbook several days prior to the start of the course. Since there are limited seats available, if payment is not received within one week of the webinar, your seat will be forfeited to a student currently on the waitlist.
