Conflict Resolution
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Conflict is an inevitable part of any team, but how you manage it determines whether it becomes a stepping stone or a stumbling block. In this focused session, you’ll uncover the root causes of team conflict and gain a deep understanding of the Drama Triangle—exploring the roles of victim, rescuer, and persecutor, and how they perpetuate conflict cycles.
You’ll also delve into the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, identifying common challenges like lack of trust, fear of conflict, and inattention to results, while learning actionable strategies to overcome them and foster a high-performing team dynamic.
This session will equip you with tools to encourage healthy conflict, minimize unnecessary disputes, and promote open, constructive communication. You’ll discover the five conflict resolution styles—compromiser, problem solver, competitor, accommodator, and avoider—and how understanding these styles can improve your approach to conflict resolution both as a leader and within your team.

VIRTUAL PLATFORM
Attendees must be able to access the Zoom virtual platform to attend the course. If you are using a work computer, you may also want to check with your IT department to ensure there are no firewalls for Zoom. Students are expected to login on a computer that has both a camera and microphone, and will be expected to be on screen during the class so that they can interact with both the instructors and complete group activities with other attendees.
Registered students will receive the access link and workbook several days prior to the start of the course. Since there are limited seats available, if payment is not received within one week of the webinar, your seat will be forfeited to a student currently on the waitlist.
